Abstract

Un dispositivo alimentado por bateria comprende: una memoria que almacena el software esencial para la provision de las funciones normales del dispositivo; una primera seccion de procesamiento (16) que incluye un procesador de datos con la capacidad de ejecutar el software, el dispositivo es capaz de operar la primera seccion de procesamiento en un modo normal en el cual puede ejecutar el software y tambien en un modo de bajo consumo de energia; una segunda seccion de procesamiento (5) que tiene un reloj (6) que mantiene una hora, y que es capaz de activar el comportamiento del dispositivo en respuesta a la hora del reloj que precede el tiempo ajustado por el usuario a traves de un intervalo de avance previamente establecido; el dispositivo es configurado, en respuesta a la activacion a traves de la segunda seccion de procesamiento cuando la primera seccion de procesamiento se encuentre en el modo de bajo consumo de energia, para provocar que la primera seccion de procesamiento entre en el modo normal y para cargar el software.
