Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de pulpación de alto rendimiento para material lignocelulósico en forma de virutas cuyo proceso comprende: (a)la impregnación de las virutas con una primera solución impregnadora conteniendo reactivos químicos estabilizadores para el peróxido bajo condiciones de pH temperatura y concentración para los reactivos químicos estabilizadores tales que sean solubles en la primera solución impregnadora (b) la impregnación de las virutas con una segunda solución impregnadora conteniendo reactivos químicos para el peróxido bajo condiciones de pH temperatura y concentración preseleccionadas para proveer: (i) condiciones bajo las cuales los raactivos químicos en la segunda solución impregnadora sean solubles en la segunda solución impregnadora; (ii) cuando dicha segunda solución impregnadora se mezcla con la primera solución impregnadora dentro de la virutas la mezcla produce condiciones bajo las cuales uno o más de los reactivos químicos en la combinación de la primera y segunda soluciones impregnadoras se precipita o precipitan o forman un flóculo para estabilizar al peróxido dentro de las virutas; (c) la impregnación de las virutas con una tercera solución impregnadora conteniendo peróxido alcalino; (d) la refinación mecánica de las virutas impregnadas con el peróxido alcalino.The present invention relates to a high-performance pulping process for lignocellulosic material in the form of shavings, the process comprising: (a) impregnating the shavings with a first impregnating solution containing chemical stabilizing reagents for peroxide under conditions of pH temperature and concentration for stabilizing chemical reagents such that they are soluble in the first impregnating solution (b) impregnation of the chips with a second impregnating solution containing chemical reagents for peroxide under conditions of pH temperature and preselected concentration to provide: (i) conditions under which the chemical ractants in the second impregnating solution are soluble in the second impregnating solution; (ii) when said second impregnating solution is mixed with the first impregnating solution within the chips the mixture produces conditions under which one or more of the chemical reagents in the combination of the first and second impregnating solutions precipitates or precipitates or forms a floc to stabilize the peroxide inside the shavings; (c) impregnating the shavings with a third impregnating solution containing alkaline peroxide; (d) mechanical refining of chips impregnated with alkaline peroxide.
