Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición ovicida/pediculicida avtiva caracterizada porque comprende: (a) de aproximadamente 0.1 porciento a aproximadamente 5 porciento de un agente tensioactivo catiónico selecionado del grupo que consisite de sales cuaternarias de amonio, aminas grasas, y mezclas de las mismas; y (b) de aproximadamente 0.25 porciento a aproximadamente 10 porciento de un agente suministrador de sinergismo de alcanol seleccionado del grupo que consisite de fenilalcanoles de alcanol selecionado del grupo que consisite de fenilalcanoles de C2-C6, fenildioles de C2-C6, alquilendioles de C2-C8 y mezclas de los mismos, en donde la cantidad de fenilalcanoles de C2-C6, fenildioles de C2-C6, y mezclas de los mismos no exede de 5 porciento en peso con respecto a la composición.
