Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema mejorado para descongelar con gas caliente, en el que se evita el daño por choque o golpe a los componentes del sistema, la mejora consiste de: a) un compresor refrigerante conectado en circuito cerrado con un condensador y un evaporador por medio de un conjunto de tubería; b) el conjunto de tubería incluye un primer segmento de tubería que conecta el compresor y el condensador, un segundo segmento de tubería que conecta el condensador y el evaporador y un tercer segmento de tubería que conecta el evaporador y el compresor, c) un segmento de tubería para descongelar con gas caliente conectado al primer segmento de tubería y al segundo segmento del conjunto de tubería; d) y una válvula para descongelar con gas caliente dispuesta en el segmento de tubería para descongelar con gas caliente; e) la válvula incluye un medio para abrir el segmento de tubería para descongelar con gas caliente a una extensión máxima para permitir que fluya el gas caliente a través de la misma y un medio para reducir la diferencial de presión a través de la válvula antes de que ésta se abra a la extensión máxima; f) el medio para abrir el segmento de tubería para descongelar con gas caliente hasta una extensión máxima incluye un cuerpo de válvula que tiene una abertura de entrada y una abertura de salida; g) un obturador de válvula localizado dentro del cuerpo de válvula y que además se sitúa moviblemente dentro de un asiento de válvula principal también localizado dentro del cuerpo de válvula; h) el asiento de válvula está localizado entre y en comunicación abierta con la abertura de entrada y la aberura de salida; i) el medio para reducir la diferencial de presión a través de la válvula incluye un primer pasaje de extracción que conecta la abertura de entrada a la abertura de salida; y j) medio para abrir completamente y para cerrar completamente el primer pasaje de extracción.
