Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la fabricación de cuerpos prensados de material de plástico termoplástico, mediante el calentamiento del material termoplástico, el moldeo de material bruto por medio de una tobera en caso dado de forma anular y la separación en caso dado empleando una corriente de gas que rodea la tobera y que se dirige hacia el punto de separación, la introducción del material bruto en un molde para presnado, el cierre de dicho molde para prensado el moldeo del cuerpo prensado por medio de la aplicación de una presión para prensar y el enfriamiento del cuerpo prensado por lo menos parcialmente bajo presión, caracterizado porque se deposita el total del material termoplástico calentado necesario para un cuerpo en bruto sobre la superficie que forma una parte del molde de prensado de un soporte intermedio puesto debajo de la tobera y se separa de la tobera y porque se remueve el soporte intermedio al cerrarse el molde de prensado.
