Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a acoplador de barra de tracción para un carro de ferrocarril que tiene un larguero central, caracterizado porque incluye: una barra de tracción con un orificio para un perno vertical que se extiende hacia adelante, entre las caras superior e inferior de la superficie de transferencia de carga de amortiguación, con una forma truncada y esférica en una porción del extremo de topa de la misma; un bloque de soporte posterior que tiene una superficie de apoyo de carga de amortiguación truncada, substancialmente esférica, engarzable con una superficie de transferencia de carga de amortiguación truncada y esférica, y una superficie posterior adelgazada; un soporte de barra de tracción unido y dimensionado para ajustarse al larguero central, para transferir las cargas de amortiguación y de tracción desde la barra de tracción hasta el larguero central donde el soporte tiene aberturas para recibir a un perno dela barra de tracción; un soporte que incluye una pared posterior y paredes superior e inferior, mutuamente perpendiculares, con un extremo generalmente plano, teniendo ambas paredes aberturas para recibir las porciones del extremo opuesto del perno,de la barra de tracción, teniendo la pared superior del soporte un pasaje para instalar la cuña de ajuste de huelgo, que responde por gravedad, entre el bloque de apoyo de la barra de tracción dirigida hacia atrás, engarzada con la barra de tracción en el orificio del perno vertical; el perno de la barra de tracción y en las aberturas del soporte de la misma, las cualestienen unas superficie de perno anular engarzada con la superficie de transferencia de carga de tracción, dirigida hacia adelante del bloque de apoyo de la barra de tracción, estando el perno de la barra de tracción, operativamente conectado al soporte de la barra de tracción para transferir las fuerzas de tracción, desde la barra de tracción hasta el larguero central; y una cuña de ajuste de huelgo que responde por gravedad, para engarzar con la superficie posterior adelgazada del bloque de apoyo posterior.
