Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para formular una composición de medicamento de liberación sostenida, iónicamente estable, de (I) uno o más medicamentos primeros de carácter iónico presentes como un complejo de medicamento-resina, revestido, suspendido en un portador líquido y (II) uno o más segundos medicamentos no revestidos, pero de carácter iónico y llevando la misma carga que el primer medicamento; el cual comprende los pasos de A)formar una suspensión líquida del complejo de medicamento-resina revestido en un primer recipiente, B) formar una suspensión líquida de un complejo de resina-medicamento, no revestido, insoluble, del medicamento en un segundo recipiente y luego combinar las suspensiones (A) y (B).
