Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a metodo para la síntesis de trietilendiamina mediante una reacción de condensación partiendo de un reactante seleccionado de entre hidroxietilpiperazina, hidroxietil-piperazina cruda, etanolaminas y N-aminoetilpirerazina, caracterizado porque la reacción se lleva a cabo en presencia de un catalizador seleccionado de entre fosfato monohidrogenado de estroncio, lantano ó neodimio y mezclas de los mismos; la reacción se lleva a cabo a una temperatura comprendida entres 250 a 420 grados C, una presión comprendida entres 0.1 a 1.5 atmósferas, una velocidad espacial horaria de líquido de aproximadamente 0.05 a 1.5The present invention relates to a method for the synthesis of triethylene diamine by means of a condensation reaction starting from a reactant selected from crude hydroxyethylpiperazine, hydroxyethyl-piperazine, ethanolamines and N-aminoethylpirerazine, characterized in that the reaction is carried out in the presence of a catalyst selected from monohydrogen phosphate of strontium, lanthanum or neodymium and mixtures thereof; the reaction is carried out at a temperature between 250 to 420 degrees C, a pressure between 0.1 to 1.5 atmospheres, a liquid hourly space velocity of approximately 0.05 to 1.5
