Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un vehículo de motor eléctrico que puede viajar en secciones de circulación que tienen diferentes voltajes de corriente contínua (cc); que incluye como su motor de tracción un motor de inducción polifásico, cuyo devanado primario está dividido en una pluralidad de secciones; y convertidores conectados a las secciones divididas respectivas del devanado primario, con las entradas de los convertidores estando adaptadas para ser conectadas ya sea en serie o en paralelo, dependiendo del voltaje de cc de las secciones de circulación en las cuales viaja el vehículo.
