Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una resina electrodepositable catódica, caracterizada porque comprende: (a) una resina del esqueleto, la cual es un aducto de poliepóxido de amina; (b) un entrelazador de melamina-formaldehído; y (c) un catalizador de metal; donde la reacción de la resina del esqueleto al entrelazador es de 40/60 hasta 95/5 en peso de los sólidos totales de la resina, y la resina electrodepositable es capaza de curar en un ambiente básico a una temperatura debajo de 150 ºC.
