Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para la inspección de un recipiente transparente, dicho recipiente tiene un fondo y una pared lateral que se extiende desde el fondo comprendiendo elementos para soportar por lo menos un recipiente, incluyendo dichos elementos de soporte una zona de inspección y siendo adaptados para pasar una línea de luz que se extiende linealmente hacia el fondo del recipiente en dicha zona de inspección; caracterizado por una fuente de luz que provee una línea de luz que se extiende linealmente, que se enfoca en el fondo del recipiente, la línea de luz se extiende a lo largo del fondo del recipiente y entra en el fondo del recipiente a través de su superficie exterior; un sensor de luz para detectar la intensidad de luz que pasa a través del fondo del recipiente y se reflejó, cuando menos, en un ángulo predeterminado; y un detector de umbral para comparar la intensidad detectada de la luz reflejada con un valor umbral predeterminado, el valor umbral provee una unidad de medida de la aceptabilidad del recipiente.
