Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para la preparación de un peptido que tiene propiedades inmunológicas en común con las del esqueleto peptídico de la glicoproteína de envoltura de los viruos de la clase HIV-2, y que tiene igualmente una estrucutra peptídica en común con el esqueleto peptídico de la glicoproteína de SIV-1, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: -condensar sucesivamente de a dos los aminoacilos sucesivos en el orden requerido, o aminoacilos y fragmentos previamente formados y que contienen ya varios aminoacilos en el orden apropiado, o bien varios fragmentos previamente preparados de esta manera, proteger previamente todas las funciones reactivas portadas por estos aminoacilos o fragmentos, con excepción de las funciones amina y carboxilo que deben intervenir en la formación de los enlaces peptídicos.
