Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de bomba de desplazamiento positivo para dosificar cantidades precisas de un producto fluido, el cual comprende: un alojamiento que define un depósito de producto fluido y que tiene una entrada para aplicar un producto fluido presurizado al depósito, y que incluye una superficie de cierre que define una salida para dosificar el producto fluido desde el depósito; una cámara intermedia al fluido desde el depósito, y para dosificar un producto fluido a través de la salida del elemento de cierre de la superficie de cierre, normalmente forzada hasta una posición cerrada en acoplamiento con la superficie de cierre; un elemento accionador que incluye un mecanismo de operación y un miembro de flecha accionadora que se extiende alejándose del mecanismo operativo, montándose un miembro de vástago coaxialmente con, y sobre, el miembro de flecha accionadora; un pistón de producto montado en una extremidad del miembro de vástago, distante del mecanismo operativo, y que se puede mover entre una posición inactiva dentro del depósito retirado de la cámara, y una posición activa recibida sellablemente y deslizablemente adentro de la cámara, para mover al elemento de cierre, por medio del producto fluido adentro de la cámara, hasta una posición abierta, y de esta manera se dosifica el producto fluido desde la cámara; y un elemento sellador sin sello fijado al alojamiento y al miembro de vástago, y que se extienden entre los mismos para aislar al depósito del mecanismo operativo, siendo este elemento sellador deformable para permitir el movimiento del pistón de producto entre las posiciones inactiva y activa.
