Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a fritas de esmalte blanco de titanio, exentas de fluor, para el esmaltado del acero, caracterizadas porque contienen de 35 a 45, preferentemente de 38 a 41 por ciento en peso de (SiO2 + ZrO2), de 18 a 22, preferentemente de 18 a 20 por ciento en peso de (B2O3 + A12O3), de 15 a 18, preferentemente de 16 a 18 por ciento en peso de óxidos alcalinos de 2,5 a 4,5 preferentemente de 2,6 a 3,5 por ciento en peso de P2O5 y de 0,8 a 1,4, preferentemente de 0,8 a 1,1 por ciento en peso de óxidos alcalinotérreos, siendo la proporción de los números de átomos (suma de átomos monovalentes + 2 veces la suma de átomos); (suma de átomos trivalentes : 0,9 +- 0,05); (suma de átomos de Li + 0,5 veces la suma de átomos de Mg):suma de átomos de P igual a 1 +- 0,1.
