Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de pintura de rociado, de lavado con fluido, que comprende: una pluralidad de cabinas de rociado de pintura, incluyendo cada cabina un dispositivo de lavado con fluido para atrapar al exceso de rociado de pintura en un fluido en movimiento para eliminar dicho exceso de rociado de dicha cabina; un foso de sedimento para recolectar dicho fluido y exceso de rociado de pintura atrapado provenientes de la pluralidad de cabinas de rociado, teniendo dicho foso una sección inferior; elementos para introducir un agente productor de sedimento en dicho fluido y exceso de rociado de pintura atrapado para hacer que dicha pintura se asiente como sedimento hacia dicha sección inferior de dicho foso de sedimento; elementos para separar y eliminar dicho sedimento asentado de dicho fluido; primeros elementos para circular dicho fluido y sedimento desde dicha sección inferior de dicho foso de sedimento a través de dichos elementos centrífugos y regresar dicho fluido a dicho foso de sedimento, y segundos elementos para circular dicho fluido desde dicho foso de sedimento a través de dicha pluralidad de dispositivos de rociado, de lavado con fluido.
