Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para controlar selectivamente la tasa de liberación de un medicamento o droga a traves de la piel o una membrana mucosa de un ser humano o de un animal por acción electrocinetica, que comprende: a) pasar selectivamente solamente dicha primera corriente en dicho primer circuito; b) pasar selectivametne solamente dicha segunda corriente en dicho segundo circuito; c) desactivar selectivamente dicho circuito de desviación; d) usar selectivamente solamente dicho circuito de desviación; e) colocar selectivamente la polaridad de dichos primeros medios de energía; y f) colocar selectivamente la polaridad de dichos segundos medios de energía; con lo que se logra una tasa predeterminada de liberación electrocinetica de dicho medicamento.
