Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a tapón integral de suministro para envases que contienen productos líquidos, semilíquidos o viscosos, caracterizado por: un cuerpo de sujeción, para integrarse herméticamente a la perforación o boca de un envase que comprende, en uno de sus extremos, una pluralidad de patas de sujeción internas, relativamente flexibles, para trabarse contra el borde corona o cuello del envase para evitar su deslizamiento hacia arriba y, una pluralidad de costillas de sujeción internas, verticales, que cooperan con el reborde del cuello del envase para evitar su giro alrededor del envase; un anillo central acoplado en la parte interna del cuerpo de sujeción, para asiento sobre la boca del envase; una pared de retención central, de guía, acoplada por la parte interna de la boca del envase, perpendicular a dicho anillo central; y, primeros medios de acoplamiento, ubicados entre la pared de retención central y la parte interna del cuerpo de sujeción; y, una tapa que incluye, una tapa superior para cubrir el orificio de salida del envase; al menos una pared tubular acoplada a la tapa superior, para guiar internamente la tapa en dicha pared de retención central, de guía; una pared anular acoplada en el extremo inferior de dichas paredes tubulares, al menos una perforación transversal en dicha pared anular para permitir el paso del contenido del envase; segundos medios de acoplamiento, ubicados en la parte inferior de dicha pared anular, que se acoplan con los primeros medios de acoplamiento de dicho cuerpo de sujeción para que, a través un movimiento ascendente, permita la salida del producto envasado a través de dichas perforaciones y, mediante un movimiento descendente, cierre el paso del producto envasado; y, un pared tubular ubicada en la parte inferior de la pared anular, que se acopla por la parte interna de dicho cuerpo de sujeción para impedir que la tapa se remueva de dicho cuerpo.
