Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a método para producir un componente cerámico conformado que comprende el producto de una reacción de oxidación de un metal de origen y un oxidante en fase vapor, caracterizado porque compende: a) suministrar un cuerpo de metal d eorigen y un modelo no permanente que posee una superficie definidora de la forma, separada hacia afuera con respecto al cuerpo de metal de origen b) aplicar un revestimiento permeable alg as de material conformable a la superficie definidora de la forma, a fin de formar una superficie confruente sustancialmente confruente y coextensiva a la superficie definidora de la forma y disoyesta enfrente del cuerpo de metal de origen, de manera tal que dicho modelo no permanente defina un volumen entre el metal de origen y la superficie congruente, donde el revestimiento permeable al gas de material conformable posee una zona de apoyo intrínsicamente auto-adherente, adyacete y coextensiva a la superficie definidora de la forma, que suministra una fuerza de cohesión suficiente y retiene la forma de la superficie congruente una vez eliminado el modelo no permanente, desarrollando así una cavidad del molde.
