Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de terminación de pozos, para sellar una superficie sin revestimiento de una perforación de pzo en comunicación de fluido con una formación subterránea que contiene hidrocarburos por debajo de la superficie del terreno que comprene (a) mezclar una solución de gelación en la superficie que comprende esencialmente un complejo capaz de reticular el polímero, y formado de por lo menos una especie crómica y de por lo menos una especie de acetato, y un disolvente para el plímero y el complejo (b) inyectar la solución de gelación hacia la perforación de pozo (c) colocar la solución de gelación en la superficie de perforación de pozo y (d) reticular la solución de gelación hasta terminación sustancial en la superficie de perforación de pozo, para formar un gel de polímero reticulado que no fluya, el cual sella prácticamente la perforación de pozo contra invasión de fluido a través de la superficie, mientras que permite que circule fluido a través de la perforación de pozo.
