Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para mezclar un gas y un líquido en un recipiente de mezclado que tiene un tubo de sección hueco con un flujo axial, un medio de impulsor de bombeo descendte posicionado en el mismo para el desarrollo de torbellienos y la ingestión de gas a partir de un espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior en el interior del recipiente de mezclado al interior del recipiente de mezclado al interior del cuedrpo de líquido en el mismo comprendiendo la mejora; a) establecer una comunicación fluida entre dicho espacio de tubo de investión de gas conectado a la flecha de dicho medio de impulsor que se extiende hacia arriba a partir de dicho tubo de succión hueco a través de dicho espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior, extendiéndose dicho medio de tubo de ingestión de gas hacia afuera al interior del líquido circundante, disminuyéndose la presión en el cuerpo del líquido circundante, disminuyéndose la presión en el cuerpo de líquido adyacente al extremo exterior de dicho medio de tubo de ingestión de gas al momento de la rotación de dicho medio impulsor de forma tal que la disminución de presión en el extremo exterior del medio de tubo de ingestión de gas excede la carga hidrostática de líquido inherente en el tubo de succión al momento de la operación al nivel óptimo para la ingestión de gas del desarrollo de torbellinos y a nieles de líquido más altos; y b) hacer girar dicho medio impulsor para lograr el mezclado del gas del espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior en el cuerpo de líquido por medio de ingestión de gas a través del desarrollo de torbellinos y por medio de ingestión de gas a partir del espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior en el recipiente de mezclado a través de dicha comunicación fluida con dicho medio tubo de ingestión de gas durante el mezclado gas-líquido por medio de la cual el líquido presneta en el medio de ingestión de gas y en el medio para establecer una comunicación fluida con dicha espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior al inicio de la operación de mezclado gas-líquido por medio de la rotación de la flecha de impulsor es extraido del medio de tubo de ingestión de gas al interior del cuerpo de líquido, con gas del espacio de gas que se encuentra en la parte superior siendo extraído de la misma forma al interior del cuerpo de líquido a través de dicho medio de comunicación fuída y dicho medio de tubo de ingestión de gas.
