Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de moldeado por inyección, que consiste de una torreta que tiene una pluralidad de superficies espaciadas circunferencialmente, cada una de las cuales soporta una pluralidad de varillas de núcleo espaciadas, una pluralidad de moldes d inyección en una estación de moldeado por inyección para formar una pluralidad de preformas y una pluralidad de secciones de molde de soplado en una estación de moldeado por soplado que cierran cerca de las preformas para que las preformas se puedan soplar hacia el exterior contra los confines del molde, para formar artículos huecos de plástico, y un aparato de etiquetado en molde caracterizado en que consiste de: una base móvil para cerrar los extremos de los moldes, medios para mover la base, un transportador al vacío, para posicionar una serie de etiquetas contiguas a cada molde, un mandril al vacío, montado para el movimiento giratorio y el movimiento axial contiguo a cada molde, medios para girar y axialmente mover a los mandriles al vacío, simultáneamente, para que los mandriles se puedan rotar para levantar una pluralidad de etiquetas desde el transportador y mover axialmente en el extremo abierto de los moldes cerrados, para entregar una etiqueta a cada molde.
