Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema para la producción de aire enriquecido en oxígeno caracterizado porque comprende; a) un sistema de adsorción de presión basculante, que contiene uno o más lechos adsorbentes, capaces de adsorber selectivamente oxígeno o nitrógeno, como el componente del aire más adsorbible, con recuperación separada del componente menos fácilmente adsorbible de dicho sistema; b) medios para hacer pasar aire de alimentación al sistema de adsorción de presión basculante, a una presión de adsorción deseada; c) medios de conducto de corriente de oxígeno enriquecida para pasar el componente menos fácilmente adsorbible o el componente más fácilmente adsorbible del aire de alimentación, desde el sistema de adsorción de presión basculante, como una corriente enriquecida en oxígeno, a una presión deseada, para mezclado subsecuente con aire; d) medios de compresión de aire para poner a presión aire de mezcla a la presión deseada para mezcla con la corriente enriquecida con oxígeno; e) medio de conducto para aire de mezcla, para hacer pasar el aire de mezcla a la presión desde el medio de compresión de aire para mezclado subsecuente con la corriente enriquecida en oxígeno; f) una zona mezcladora para mezclar la corriente enriquecida en oxígeno para formar una corriente de aire enriquecido en oxígeno, producto: g) medios de conducto de descarga para hacer pasar la corriente de aire enriquecida en oxígeno a una aplicación de corriente abaho para la misma h) medios de conducto de escape para dejar pasar una porción del aire de mezcla a presión en el medio de conducto de aire de mezcla, a respiradero; i) medio de computador/controlador, adaptado para recibir señales de entrada que correspondena los regímenes de flujo de oxígeno enriquecido en el medio de conducto de la corriente enriquecida en oxígeno y del aire de mezcla en el medio de conducto de aire de mezcla y a la pureza de oxígeno en el medio de conducto de corriente enriquecida en oxígeno en el medio de conducto de descarga y adaptados para transmitir señales de salida para controlar el régimen de flujo de la corriente enriquecida en oxígeno y la corriente de aire de mezcla, de manera que se mezclen las corrientes para producir aire enriquecido en oxígeno, de la pureza de oxígeno deseada; j) medios supervisores de pureza para supervisar la pureza de la corriente enriquecida en oxígeno en el medio de conducto de corriente enriquecida en oxígeno en el medio de conducto de corriente enriquecida en oxígeno y de la corriente de aire enriquecida en oxígeno, producto, en el medio de conducto de descarga, incluyendo los medios supervisores medios transmisores para enviar señales de entrada a los medios de computador/controlador en respuesta a las purezas medidas; K) medios supervisores de flujo para supervisar el régimen de flujo de la corriente de oxígeno enriquecida en el medio de conducto de corriente enriquecida en oxígeno y del aire de mezcla en el medio de conducto de aire de mezcla corriente arriba de la posición del medio de conducto de salida a la atmósfera, incluyendo el medio supervisor medios transmisores para enviar señales de entrada a los medios computador/controlador en respuesta a los regímenes de flujo medios 1) medios de válvula de control.
