Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para produicir un material de vidrio mediante el procesamiento térmico de un material de masa o lote de vidrio, caracterizado porque comprende; a) generar, en una cámara de calentamiento, una corriente de gas caliente o térmico que tiene una temperatura de punto de fusión del producto de vidrio; b) arrastrar el material de lote de vidrio en la mencionada corriente de gas térmico; c) expulsar la mencionada corriente de gas térmico primeramente mencionada y el material de lote de vidrio arrastrar en el gas procedente de la mencionada cámara de calentamiento hacia una cámara de separación a través de una boquilla como una corriente de escape dirigida, la mencionada corriente de gas de escape en la salida de la mencionada boquilla tiene en un plano normal a su dirección de flujo, una primera dimensión normal a una segunda dimensión y no mayor que esta: d) permitir que la mencionada corriente de gas de escapa que incluye el material de lote de vidrio arrastrado salga de la mencionada boquilla para impactarse sobre una superficie de impacto separada una distacia desde la salida de la mencionada boquilla para proporcionar cuando menos la separación substancial del material de lote de vidrio arrastrado proveniente de la mencionada corriente de escape pero no mayor de aproximadamente tres veces la mencionada primera dimensión cuando menos se permite que una porción substancial del mencionado material de lote de vidrio retenido choque o se impacte y se deposite sobre la mencionada superficie de impacto en cuando menos una forma líquida parcial y e) hacer que el mencionado material de lote vidrio impactato fluya desde la mencionada superficie de impacto en cuando menos una forma líquida parcial y e) hacer que el mencionado material de lote de vidrio impactado fluya desde la mencionada superficie de impacto hasta una región de recolección o recuperación.
