Strujomer (3), instaliran u ili pri zgradi (100), za merenje potrošnje struje dostavljene potrošaču (A, B) sadrži merač snage (81) za određivanje vrednosti snage dovedene u električno kolo (16); uređaj (82) za određivane količine električne energije dovedene u električno kolo (16); monitoring uređaj (82) za praćenje da li je snaga dovedena električnom kolu (16) u okviru određenog limita; uređaj za izdavanje komandi (82), za izdavanje komande za diskonekciju kao odgovor na prekoračenje specifikovanog limita snage; i transmiter (6) za odašiljanje pomenute komande za diskonekciju pomoću kabla za komunikaciju, preko pomenutog električnog kola (16), povezanog sa pomenutim izlazom snage (32), do najmanje jednog, daljinski upravljivog modula (9), postavljenog u električno kolo (16, 14).
