Abstract
Mast za lokalni tretman kože sastoji se od ekstrakta bobica kleke, Juniperus comm. fruct., u masnoj bazi , i dalje može da sadrži Symphytum off., Calendula off., Plantago lanceolata, Matricaria chamomilla, Eguiseti herba , i / ili Hypericum perforatum.
Description
Mast za liječenje kože , kao i način njene proizvodnje
Ovaj pronalazak odnosi se na djelotvornost masti u liječenju kože , kao što su opekotine i psorijaze.
Tretman rana i drugih oštećenja epidermisa je ubjedljivo najstarija medicinska aktivnost čovječanstva . Ipak, do sada nije nađeno široko rasprostranjeno i efikasno liječenje. Neki prijedlozi pravljeni su na bazi biljnih ekstrakata( jedan primjerak je EP 0 967 988 B1), ali su se pokazali da su bili ograničenog potencijala. Drugi prijedlozi na bazi sintetičkih lijekova imaju neželjena sporedna dejstva od kojih neka mogu biti ozbiljna. Dakle , u poslednjih nekoliko godina, potražnja za čisto prirodnim lijekom je povećana.
Ovaj sadašnji izum ima za cilj prevazilaženje nedostataka prethodnih umešnosti, i da obezbijedi neku mast koja ima širi opseg indikacija i odnosno ili je efikasnija.
U tom smislu, ovaj pronalazak daje mast za liječenje kože koji obuhvata ekstrakte od bobica kleke u masnoj bazi , metod za proizvodnju masti i sastav koji se uglavnom sastoji od lipofilnih ekstrakata bobica kleke i nekoliko drugih sastojaka.
Ovim spravljenjem, liječenje se treba shvatiti kao tematsko postupanje. Ovi ekstrakti su napravljeni miješanjem sastojaka u masnoj bazi, produženim zagrijavanjem i
podfiltriranjem, i s toga se smatra lipofilnim, i detaljna hemijska analiza nije moguća.
Pronalazač je utvrdio da je mast efektna u tretmanu liječenja opekotina na koži, uključujući opekotine od sunca, herpesom inficirane lezije na koži, neurodermatitisa, psorijaze, akni,ujeda insekata i žaoka, hematoma, lezija na koži i sluzokoži zaražene bakterijama ili virusom i gljivične lezije.
Prema 1 primjeru, 832 g loja je pomiješano sa 125 g bobica kleke ( juniperus comm.fruct), korjenima gaveza (symphytum off), cvijećem nevena (calendula off), lišćem muške bokvice (plantiago lancelota), i cvijećem kamilice (matricaria chamomillia), a svaki od ovih sastojaka je u maceriranoj suvoj formi.
Ovi sastojci čine prvu grupu. Odnos u težini izmedju sastojaka je bio ovakav: 8.6% za svaki od pet sastojaka i 57% za loj u masnoj osnovi. Sveobuhvatno proporcija težine svakog od sastojaka može biti 6.5% do 9.5% ili bolje reći 5-10%. Prema tome, procenat po težini masne baze može varirati od 50% do 60%, čak i do 65%.
Sudeći po drugom primjeru, konačna mast sadrži u osnovi 40 g pčelinjeg voska ili bolje reći 30-1 OOg koje odgovaraju 2-3.5% ili 7% težini ukupne mase.

Bobice kleke dalje sadrže invertni šećer ( 33 % ), smolu ( 10%), tanine ( 8 % ), vosak , flavonoide, i juniperozide .
Prema oličenjima, sastojcima u drugoj grupi, dalje se dodaju, naime Equiseti herba i / ili Hypericum perforatum . Ostali sastojci se .međutim, ne dodaju.
Mast je pogodna za liječenje kože i sluzokože (kao što je u nosu, ustima, genitalijama i analnom otvoru ) . A naročito ,što je mast u suštini bez teških metala, poput olova , kadmijuma, nikla, hroma , arsena i žive . Mast je obično blago kisela ( pH 4-5) .
Masna baza je uglavnom (< 50 % ) loj ili salo , to jest goveđa mast. Ako ovo nije dostupno , može dodatno ili alternativno da se koristi biljno ulje kao što je maslinovo ulje.

Claims (15)
