Abstract

The invention relates to the processes for obtaining the activated charcoal from the carboniferous materials and may be used for adsorbents preparation applying for water, sewage and gases treatment as well as in medicine for human body detoxication.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the process comprises the chemical treatment of the carboniferous material, carbonization thereof and the further activation in presence of carbon dioxide. As carboniferous material is used the fruits and nuts stones shell devided into fragments which is treated with potassium bicarbonat solution 20% during 24 hours, the shell is separated from the solution, carbonized at 450°C during 70 min and activated during 5 hours at 900°C.The technical result consists in increasing the porosity of the obtained charcoal.
