Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к неврологии и педиатрии и может быть использовано для прогнозирования риска развития врождённой патологии центральной нервной системы у плода.Метод, согласно изобретению, состоит в том что на 49…51 день беременности в сыворотке крови беременной определяют количество альфа-фетопротеина, фибронектина, плазменного белка А ассоциированного с беременностью и сывороточного прогестерона, при этом в случае когда альфа-фетопротеина больше чем 124 мкг/л, фибронектина больше 400 мг/мл, плазменного белка А ассоциированного с беременностью менее 0,17 мМЕ/мл и сывороточного прогестерона больше 90 нмоль/л, прогнозируют риск развития врождённой патологии центральной нервной системы.
