Abstract
Se solicită o metodă şi un dispozitiv pentru dirijarea reacţiei chimice a amestecului. Amestecul iniţial se orientează în reactorul, ce include baia de topitură, în care amestecul în cauză parţial se supune reacţiei chimice pentru formarea componentului intermediar, o parte a căruia se combină cu gazul de ardere care se evacuează din baia de topitură. Apoi, o parte din componentul intermediar se separă de gazul de ardere şi se reîntoarce în baia de topitură. După aceasta, componentul intermediar reîntors se transformă în constituentele lui atomice, care ulterior intră în reacţie exotermică cu alte componente ale băii de topitură cu scopul formării compuşilor stabili în regimul de funcţionare a dispozitivului, asigurând astfel posibilitatea dirijării reacţiei chimice a amestecului de reacţie iniţial.
