Abstract
The invention relates to maxillofacial surgery, particularly to a method for treating sialolithiasis.The method, according to the invention, consists in that after clinical and radiographic examination and localization of the concrement is carried the anesthesia of mandibular alveolar nerve and lingual nerve in combination with the local anesthesia of surrounding tissues, afterwards is applied a ligature around the salivary gland duct behind the concrement localization and then is lifted, afterwards is carried out a longitudinal incision and is removed the concrement, then during 7…14 days, starting from the 1st day of postoperative period, the patient is administered daily, per os, Rovamycine 3 mln IU 2 times a day, for 7 days, then is carried out the salivary gland lavage with a solution containing 0.1% lidocaine hydrochloride and 0.2% chlorohexidine gluconate 3 times a day, the first lavage is carried out immediately after surgical intervention, and in 5 min is applied on the incisional wound a tampon with a solution containing 0.3…0,5 mg of 5-fluorouracil in 1 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution, after which is administered, per os, 15 mg of calcium folinate once a day, then 3 times a day 10 ml of 3% KI solution and 50 drops of solution containing extract of Centaurii umbellati 0.6%; Levistici officinalis 0.6%; Rosmarini officinalis 0.6% and ethyl alcohol 16…19.5%.
