Abstract
Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а именно к способу предпосевной обработки семян моркови.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает замачивание семян перед посевом в течение 15 мин в 0,01%-ном водном растворе иридоидных гликозидов, полученных из растений Melampyrum nemorosum L. путем экстрагирования при нагревании 60%-ным этанолом, разделения путем гель-фильтрации на сефадексе G-25 и G-50, используя воду в качестве элюента, соединение элюатов, содержащих иридоидные гликозиды, и выпаривания в вакууме.
