Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la biochimia clinică şi poate fi utilizată în diagnosticarea diferenţială a limfosarcomului şi limfoleucozei acute la etapa de leucemizare.Metoda de diagnosticare diferenţială a limfosarcomului şi limfoleucozei acute, conform invenţiei, include determinarea activităţii glutationreductazei, glutationperoxidazei şi glutationdehidroascorbatreductazei şi determinarea ulterioară a valorii raportului activităţii glutationreductazei la suma activităţilor glutationperoxidazei şi glutationdehidroascorbatreductazei, astfel încât în cazul valorilor mai mici de 0,025 este diagnosticat limfosarcomul, iar pentru valori mai mari de 0,095 este diagnosticată limfoleucoza acută.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea gradului de diagnosticare corectă a limfosarcomului şi limfoleucozei acute.
