Abstract

The invention relates to the agriculture and may be used for protection of stored fruits.The proposed process for stored fruits deseases biological control consists in the fact that the plants before harvesting or harvested fruits are treated with Candida utilis yeast suspension having concentration of 106 - 107 cel./ml by spraying or moistening and are stored accordingly the known technology.The technical result of the invention consists in the reducing the stored fruits deseases grade.
