Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, а именно к способу получения биомассы каллуса Rhodiola rosea L. in vitro.Способ, согласно изобретению, включает культивирование каллуса из листьев от стерильных ростков Rhodiola rosea L. на агаризованной питательной среде Мурасиге-Скуга, с добавлением 1,5 мг/л 6-бензиламинопурина, 0,5 мг/л α- нафтилуксусной кислоты и 0,1% стерилизованного 5% водного раствора сухих веществ, полученных из биомассы зеленой водоросли Spirogira sp. путем экстракции этанолом.
