Abstract
Изобретение относится к микробиологии, а именно к реагентам для индикации каталазы микробов.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что реагент содержит в качестве субстрата Hidroperitum, а в качестве носителя субстрата крахмал и желатин в фосфатном буферном растворе срН= 8,0, при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, мг/мл:фосфатный буферныйраствор, с рН = 8,0 - остальное.Технический результат изобретения состоит в индикации каталазы микробов, культивируемых в жидкой среде.
