Abstract
The invention relates to the microbiology and can be used for the microbes reductase indication. The summary of the invention consists in the fact , that the microbes reductase indication reagent contains the substrate and the substrate carrier, at the same time the reagent contains potassium tellurite as a substrate, but as a substrate carrier the reagent contains starch, gelatine and phosphate buffer with pH 8,0 with the following ingredient relation (mg/ml): potassium tellurite 7,5-12,5 starch 20,0-30,0 gelatine 7,5-12,5 phosphate buffer solution pH 8,0 the rest.
