Abstract
Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, şi anume la reactivele pentru indicarea catalazei microbiene.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că reactivul conţine în calitate de substrat Hidroperitum, iar în calitate de suport al substratului amidon şi gelatină în soluţie-tampon fosfatic cu pH 8,0 în următorul raport al ingredientelor, mg/ml:Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în indicarea catalazei microbilor cultivaţi în mediu nutritiv lichid.
