Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к хирургии, более конкретно к ортопедии и травматологии.Сущность заявляемого способа заключается в том, что предварительно вводят ориентиры в область проекции ладьевидной кости, проводят рентгенографию, после чего вводят по 2 стержня в каждый костный фрагмент параллельно плоскости перелома, фиксируют, а затем после спада отека проводят “управляемую” компрессию по 0,15-0,6 мм в сутки.Технический результат предлагаемого способа заключается в оптимальной адаптации костных фрагментов с одновременным сохранением движения пальцев и лучезапястного сустава.Фиг.: 2
