Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria constructoare de maşini pentru confecţionarea saboţilor de frână, şi anume la o compoziţie pentru material de fricţiune.Compoziţia include o răşină termoreactivă polimeră în calitate de liant, umplutură de fricţiune şi umplutură fortifiantă în formă de combinaţie de fibre vitrogene, aramidice, precum şi fibre bicomponente termoadaptive tocate de tipul „miez-înveliş”, al căror miez este executat dintr-un aliaj de metale uşor fuzibile, iar învelişul este executat din sticlă.În calitate de miez al fibrelor bicomponente este utilizat aliajul, care include staniu şi aluminiu, luate în raportul de masă respectiv: 99,5: 0,5 sau 97,5: 2,5.
