Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină şi poate fi folosită în neurochirurgie.Esenţa invenţiei propuse constă în aceea că transplantul osos este realizat din os cranian lat în formă de placă cu grosimea de2-7 mm cu canale perforante, însă poate fi realizat din os lat în formă de placă cu grosimea de 2-4 mm cu canale perforante verticale, de asemenea cu grosimea de 5-7 mm cu canale perforante verticale şi orizontale. În timpul preparării transplantului înainte de demineralizare osului lat i se dă mai întâi forma unei plăci şi se execută în ea canale perforante.Rezultatul tehnic al metodei propuse constă în demineralizarea uniformă şi rapidă a transplantului, mărirea suprafeţei de contact între transplant şi ţesuturile recipientului.
