Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine and may be used in neurosurgery.Summary of the proposed invention consists in the fact that the osseous transplant is made of the skull flat bone in the form of a plate with the thickness of 2-7 mm with perforated canals, but it can be made in the form of a plate with the thickness of 2-4 mm with vertical canals, as well as with the thickness of 5-7 mm with vertical and horizontal canals. During the transplant preparation before demineralization the flat bone is formed in the form of a plate and perforated canals are made into it.The technical result of the proposed method consists in the transplant rapid and even demineralization, in increasing the transplant adjoining surface with the recipient tissues.
