Description
Invenţia se referă la industria prelucrării lemnului, în special la tehnologia de prelucrare a furnirului, şi poate fi utilizată la fabricarea purtătorilor de informaţie textuală şi/sau grafică, panourilor decorative etc. The invention relates to the wood processing industry, in particular to veneer processing technology, and can be used in the manufacture of textual and/or graphic information carriers, decorative panels, etc.
Este cunoscut un procedeu de fabricare din placaj a unui purtător decorativ de informaţie, care include şlefuirea uneia din părţile placajului, croirea în semifabricate separate, umezirea semifabricatului prin scufundarea în soluţie de apă cu sare gemă de 5…10% pe 5…20 s, formarea imaginii spaţiale, care include presarea în presă a semifabricatului între plăci încălzite până la temperatura de 200…250°С, cu aplicarea ulterioară pe suprafaţa şlefuită a elementelor de text şi/sau de imagini prin metoda tipăririi tipografice, uscarea şi aplicarea unui strat de protecţie transparent [1].
