Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină şi poate fi folosită în neurochirurgie pentru efectuarea plastiei defectelor craniene.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mai întâi se determină forma şi mărimea defectului existent, se formează transplantul în formă de placă perforată corespunzătoare formei defectului cranian, apoi se secţionează pielea, aponevroza şi periostul, se efectuează meningoliza, se scheletizează marginile defectului oaselor craniene, rezecţia lor se efectuează econom şi înainte de închiderea defectului cranian transplantul osos se prelucrează cu o masă osteoinductivă, după care pe ţesuturile moi se aplică suturi în straturi.Rezultatul tehnic constă în revascularizarea rapidă şi uniformă a transplantului.
