Abstract
Invenţia se referă la galvanostegie, în particular, la obţinerea electrolitică a acoperirilor de fier şi poate fi aplicată în industria construcţiei de maşini, la repararea şi recondiţionarea pieselor de metal.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că electrolitul ce conţine, g/L, 200...600 clorură de fier(II); 1,5...2,0 acid clorhidric include suplimentar 60...100 sulfat de aluminiu şi 2,0...4,0 acid tiosemicarbaziddiacetic în calitate de stabilizator multifuncţional din clasa complexon-hidrazinelor, care asigură o stabilitate sporită a Fe(II) la oxidare, precum şi economisirea reagenţilor datorită utilizării multiple a electrolitului. Procesul de acoperire cu fier se efectuează la densitatea curentului de 15...20 A/dm2, pH 0,8...1,0 şi temperatura de 40°C. Electrolitul permite obţinerea acoperirilor de fier de o calitate superioară şi rezistenţă mare la coroziune.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în formarea în electrolit a compuşilor coordinativi stabili de fier cu acidul tiosemicarbaziddiacetic.
