Abstract
The group of inventions relates to the chemic-pharmaceutical industry, particularly, to the biologically active agents (BAA) obtaining having immunomodulating effect for using in medicine and veterinary science with the aim to normalisate the human and animals physiological body state, particularly, for restabilation of the functional activity of tissues and organs. The biologically active agent (BAA) in accordance with the present invention includes the organic substances on the base of hydrolysis products of the disintegrated animal tissue, particularly, thermostable low-molecular cell membranes components (CMC) with antigeneous structure, modificated at the embriogenesis and/or proliferation, and/or cell differenciation, and/or pathology, and/or preceeding, and/or simultaneous regeneration, and/or tissue reparation.Method for BAA obtaining includs disintegration and homogenation of raw material from the animal tissue, from the cell membranes containing sediment, extracted from the homogenate, after resuspending are obtained CMC, as raw material there is used modified animal tissue, the homogenate of which is cleaned from the non-disintegrated tissue elements by filtration and/or centrifugation at the acceleration of 150-250 g during 10-15 min, and a sediment is extracted, which contains CM, and which is subjected to hydrolysis, the products of which are filtrated, and/or centrifuged at an acceleration 1500 g during 20-30 min with separation of supernatante hydrolisis products containing CMC as desired product. The preparation for normalisation of physiological state of human beings and animals comprises organic substances on the base of the disintegrated animal tissue hydrolysis products in the quantity of 0,001-85,0%, the rest is the filler.Method for normalisation of the physiological state of human beings and animals by injection in the body of the preparation including the organic substance on the base of desintegrated animal tissue hydrolisis products in quantity of 0,001-85,0% and 15,0-99,999% of filler. The technical result consists in increasing the BAA range and preparations on its base which have the wide application in veterinary and medicine for deseases treatment, the control of which is carried out by the organism immunity system.
