Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul medicinei, anume la gastroenterologie.Metoda constă în injectarea în ţesutul ulcerului gastroduodenal sângerând a unei substanţe hemostatice izolante în formă de microparticule poligonale cu muchii ascuţite din material bioimplantabil. În calitate de microparticule se utilizează microparticule de metal cu dimensiunea de 50-350 mm, fiind introduse sub presiunea de 1,0-2,5 atm.Rezultatul tehnic al metodei propuse constă în tromboza vaselor, alterarea substratului ulceros cu dezvoltarea ulterioară a ţesutului conjunctiv în jurul microparticulelor de metal.
