Abstract

Invenţia se referă la genetică, în special la mutageneza experimentală şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură pentru protecţia plantelor de efectul mutagen al pesticidelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că metoda propusă de reducere a efectului mutagen al pesticidelor include tratarea seminţelor înainte de semănat cu suspensia algei Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CALU-835 având concentraţia de 1,25...5,0 mg/ml timp de 4...12 ore.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea activităţii mitotice a celulelor şi stimularea mecanismelor moleculare de reparaţie a mutaţiilor induse de pesticide.
