Abstract
Invenţia se referă la genetică, în special la mutageneza experimentală şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură.Esenţa invenţiei constă în faptul că metoda include tratarea seminţelor înainte de semănat cu mutagen, apoi cu agent antimutagen. Noutatea constă în aceea că în calitate de mutagen se utilizează erbicidul din clasa diazinelor 3-izopropil-1H-2,1,3-benzotiadiazinul-4(3H)-on-2,2-dioxid, în calitate de agent antimutagen se utilizează extract apos de biomasă de alga Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CALU-835 cu concentraţia de 0,5…5,0 mg/ml, cu care se tratează seminţele timp de 6…18 ore, iar efectul antimutagen se depistează peste 1,5…2 luni după tratarea cu mutagen.Rezultatul tehnic constă în sporirea informativităţii metodei prin efectuarea analizei în stadiul de meioză.
