Abstract

Изобретение относится к генетике, в частности к экспериментальному мутагенезу и может быть использовано в сельском хозяйстве.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что метод включает предпосевную обработку семян мутагеном, затем антимутагенным агентом. Новым является то, что в качестве мутагена используют гербицид из класса диазинов 3-изопропил-1H-2,1,3-бензотиадиазин-4(3H)-on-2,2-dioxid, в качестве антимутагенного агента применяют водный экстракт биомассы водоросли Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CALU-835 в концентрации 0,5..5,0 мг/мл, которым обрабатывают семена в течение 6...18 часов, а выявление антимутагенного эффекта осуществляют через 1,5...2 месяца после обработки мутагеном.Технический результат состоит в повышении информативности метода за счет проведения анализа на стадии мейоза.
