Abstract

The invention relates to the genetics, in particular, to the experimental mutagenesis and may be utilized in the agriculture for plants protection from the pesticide mutagenic effect.The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed method of the pesticide mutagenic effect reduction includes the presowing seed treatment with the Spirulina platensis (Nordst.) Geitl CALU-835 alga suspension with a concentration of 1,25...5,0 mg/ml during 4...12 hours.The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the cells mitotic activity and stimulation of the mutations reparation molecular mechanisms induced by the pesticides.
