Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, anume la microbiologie, şi poate fi utilizată pentru diagnosticul microbiologic al tuberculozei.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un mediu agarizat pentru cultivarea micobacteriilor de tuberculoză cu următorul conţinut al componentelor, g/l: dihidrofosfat de potasiu - 0,5-0,83; monohidrofosfat de sodiu - 0,5-0,83; sulfat de magneziu - 0,03-0,036; citrat de sodiu - 0,3-0,36; citrat de fier amoniacal - 0,017-0,023; sulfat de amoniu - 0,3-0,36; amestec de aminoacizi hidrolizat - 1,3-2,7; agar - 10,0; masă de ou - 333,3 ml/l; glicerol - 5,3-8,0 ml/l; soluţie 2% de verde de malahit - 6,6 ml/l; restul - apă distilată.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea gradului de depistare a tulpinilor de micobacterii de tuberculoză cu un metabolism diminuat.
